HOD Message

Dear Students & Parents,

Welcome to the Department of Commerce and Management Studies, P.A. First Grade College, Mangalore. The Department of Commerce and Management Studies has recorded consistent improvement in its academic performance. We offers a range of innovatively designed programs like BBA with Aviation and Hospitality Management, Business Analytics, BBA/ B.Com with Supply Chain and Logistics Management, BBA with Travel and Tourism Management, and B.Com with CMA whose curricula are constantly updated to meet the changing requirement of the industry and also to meet the needs of major stakeholders.

During study at the department, the students are encouraged to get hands-on experience in the corporate world through industrial visits at reputed organizations. We also encourage students to organize events such as Comfrenzy (Intra- collegiate Commerce Fest), and also we motivate our students to participate in management events organized by other colleges and also get involved in activities of social relevance.

The curriculum is taught by distinguished group of faculty members having excellent academic credentials and they are highly regarded. The Department is full of energetic, determined and passionate faculty members always going beyond their duty to stimulate and motivate the students to achieve their dreams. We strive hard to promote academic excellence and are committed to creating an ambience for fostering research and lifelong learning.
