Faculty Development Programme

          Internal Quality Assurance Cell of P. A. First Grade College organised Faculty Development Programme from 23 August to 25 August 2023 at Multipurpose Hall. Dr. Surfraz J Hasim, Psychologist, Mind Trainer & Coach, and Principal, P. A. First Grade College was the resource person on 23rd and 24th sessions and he focused on the topic “The Art of Teaching”. He enlightened the faculty members of P. A. First Grade College and the sister institutions by giving awareness on the importance of teaching, various ways to be a successful teacher, inspire the students in a better way, and being changes in student’s life and so on. The sessions were interactive and included varied topics in the domain of teaching and provided an insight on the various roles, responsibilities, commitments and challenges associated, which a teacher has to overcome. On 25th August 2023, Mr. Mohammed Faizal N, Head- Centre for Professional and Organizational Development & Corporate Relations was the resource person. He addressed on the topic “Tech-Infused Teaching”, by introducing various online platforms to enhance the teaching skills like Moodle, Google classroom, LinkedIn etc. Mr. Sameer, Assistant Professor, Department of HSS welcomed the gathering and Ms. Anfha, Assistant Professor, Department of FT and FND proposed the vote of thanks. Ms. Sara Maskurunneesa was the coordinator of the program.
