Counselling Skills for faculty members

          PAFGC in association with IQAC organised an informative session on “ Counselling Skills” for faculty members on 18 April 2024. Faculty members were divided into three groups headed by Ms Deepthi Undyavar, Ms Vanishree and Ms Ithashree. Ms Deepthi Udyavar, Head of Dept. of Commerce and Management addressed 15 staff members in SF 31. The session covered the benefits of counselling skills and methods of counselling. Do's and don’ts in counselling helped the attendees to understand the method of counselling. Real-life examples and counselling demonstrations made the session lively. The floor was open for Q&A and helped the attendees to clear their doubts. Ms Ithashree M, Assistant Professor, Dept. of Commerce and Management addressed 12 staff members in SF 21. The session covered the benefits of counselling skills and methods of counselling. Dos and dont’s in counselling helped the attendees to understand the method of counselling. Real-life examples and counselling demonstrations made the session lively. The floor was open for Q&A and helped the attendees to clear their doubts.
