Botanical Excursion and World Nature Day Celebration

          A one-day Botanical Excursion took place on 3rd October 2023 from 2:30 PM to 4 PM at PACE campus in celebration of World Nature Day. The excursion, led by Mr. Rudresh, Campus Supervisor, aimed to explore the rich plant species diversity on the campus.The Nature Club students were introduced to local plant species, identified medicinal plants, and learned about the ecological significance of various plants. Mr. Rudresh provided insights into medicinal properties, soil conditions, economic importance, and temperature. Tremendous care was taken to avoid harming any resources, and students were educated on the preservation of biodiversity. The excursion aimed at instilling a sense of responsibility in students to protect and manage local biodiversity sustainably.Key Participants: Mr. Rudresh (Campus Supervisor) and Fourteen students from the Nature Club accompanied by faculty members Ms. Najla Mariyam, Mr. Ibrahim & Ms. Fathima Azweena.
